Is there a way to know if a key is region locked

Hi there

I had some coupon for an electronic market and I wanted to buy something which doesn't given a lot.
So I bought Dark Souls 2 and Castlevania: Lord of Shadow 2.

Is there a way to know if they are region locked?
There wasn't any warnings on DVD case.

I can just make it for Turkey region just in case but I really would like to share them with everyone.

you could check on steamdb, if there is a specific turkish version of the game as key. if not, it's probably a RoW key.

I checked almost every tab and couldn't see something about keys.
So I assume it is a ROW key.
