Any ost related to Stardew Valley is pretty dang chill.
I especially like the winter and fall season osts, plus the winter/ice mining level.
This is just a small slice of all the osts. The entire game is like a calming farming Sim in itself lol.
Also snowbelle city in pokemon XY has an especially calming ost.
AND definitely c418 music in minecraft such as Sweden
I don't even play minecraft but it's really good.

Great recommendation with Stellaris - just had that on for the last 20 minutes or so, it's perfect for background music (solving a jigidi puzzle at the moment)
p.s. There's some definite similarities between the track Deep Space Travels and Hans Zimmer's score for Interstellar.

I have a playlist with all sorts of comfy music.
In particular I'd say Dark Cloud and Dark Cloud 2/Dark Chronicle are some of the best 'mostly-chill' OSTs. Dark Cloud 2's soundtrack is a lot like Professor Layton (same composer), so I can also recommend that.

I recently played Flood of Light and found that it has one of the most relaxing soundtracks I've ever heard in a video game (the full thing isn't on YouTube, but here's one of the songs). Kind of reminiscent of the piano tracks in To the Moon, which were also lovely.

Reached that channel once because I was looking for Blade Runner 2049 videos and then a compilación of small clips with a track called "Cursed" by Tokyo Rose appeared and that channel has the track. I do like retro but never checked the channel so I really appreciate the track you add It, the animation is amazing.
I knew about Tokyo Rose because of Kill to collect you probably know them already.

I must be a little bit strange, but I always liked "My Heaven" (when the drums come).
You are probably aware of the Silent Hill songs. If not, try the very best of Akira Yamaoka.
I'm not exactly sure about the definition of "chill". Does it have to be peaceful and happy, or sadness and melancholy are allowed ?

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is something I listen often. Most of Child of light tracks are really awesome too (thanks to ambidot for letting me know about the intro).
Other tracks I like:
Dwarven Stone and A nearly peaceful place from The Witcher 2. Can´t remember something else at the moment.
