I don't want to talk about it. But it includes fap and an expensive keyboard.Which I sold later.I'm a horrible person.

Reminds me of that scene with Jroc in Trailer Park Boys

Yeah I just have a bad habit of bringing wine in here. I'm pretty strict about my son and I eating at the table, but getting fat would certainly be a byproduct. I have really high metabolism so I doubt I would actually get fat, but it wouldn't be healthy and that's the underlying issue. I'm going to be more careful for sure.

I did the same..I realized that a dishwasher can be a fun bubble maker!

LoL, I classically hit my hand with a hammer today. I had my sunglasses on my head and as I went to swing the small sledge at the test spike I was hitting the glasses slipped causing me to move my head to try to stop them from falling (which I did (yay)) but it made me strike the back of my hand with the hammer, fortunately it wasn't a real clean hit and I let go of the spike so I just ended up with a fairly painful bruise, not a broken hand.

Haha, good one! :-D ...this isn't something I've ever seen or had the pleasure to hit with a hammer. I'm sure the force required to hit it is much higher than a nail, and as a result the pain potential is also much higher. Maybe I should be glad I didn't get the opportunity ;-)

I turned it upside down immediately and let it drain on the table, but it didn't help. After I had cleaned everything up, the F key was bringing up the start menu and lots of keys were unresponsive. I got a cheap walmart keyboard for 9 bucks, but it's just temporary. The keys are really cramped so I hit prnt screen instead of backspace a few times.

Oh that's no fun. I was in Ohio for a Renaissance Festival. Basically people dress up and drink moonshine and sleep in tents. We were drinking lemonade and everclear all night and passed out. I woke up in the middle of the night with a girl pissing on me. She was totally trashed and thought she had wandered in the woods. Fun times.

Pretty irrelevant, she was engaged to the guy that invited me to the event. She was pretty alluring, because she had natural beauty, I'm not a fan of golden showers so that's a deal breaker :)

Wow, doggie poop is no fun to clean up. once my dog figured out how to open the refrigerator and ate the thawing steaks in them. The raw steaks really upset his stomach and he pooped - well more like diarrheaed everywhere while we were sleeping. I should have been pissed, but he slept in my brothers room, and I didn't like my brother. I laughed while almost throwing up from the smell. We cleaned it up and put a chair in front of the fridge so he couldn't open it. It held the first day. On the second, he moved the chair and did the exact same thing. My bother's room was destroyed again and I had a good laugh. We propped the chair so it wouldn't move and he eventually stopped trying, but not after destroying my brothers room one last time. Reselling our house is going to be a challenge.

Oh damn, the whole thing got fried? Yeah mine was pretty lucky.

I did that a couple of weeks ago. Instead of just a keyboard, it was my laptop. Thank god I was drinking water, my laptop was perfectly fine after the ordeal, and I took it as a warning not to drink tea and soda by my computer anymore which I had also been doing.

I've spilled clear liquids before and it never broke anything, but I didn't learn my lesson I guess. It was a $180 mechanical keyboard though, so it kind of sucks.

Happy Cake Day. I spilled water on my laptop keyboard once... broke some keys and the button mouse >_>.

Oh wierd, how does that thing work? you just push on it and rotate?

Lol I think I've done that with headphones a few times, but never broke anything. I guess if you drag a laptop it could be far worse.

I already told you my lucky clumsy story, so here's my unlucky one. I was helping out my grandparents when I spilled bleach on my pants. We put them in the washer immediately and I went to wash the bleach off my leg. After about 15 minutes of cleaning it off, I reached for my phone and found it wasn't there. I immediately figured out what happened and turned off the washer to try to get my phone. It was to late. Now my handheld device is my old PS Vita, which has slow internet and a horrible Camera, see for yourself.

I was drinking Coca-Cola once and because of a clumsy move I ended up with Coca-Cola all over the desk.
Thank god nothing got broken except from one keyboard key for which keyboard I got a replacement unit. (Thank you Corsair! )
Since then I never leave any kinds of drinks on my desk, lesson learnt!

Yeah I'm going to keep it off the desk from now on. Either that, or stick to really cheap keyboards that I won't miss when they get fried.

I should have waited for it to dry, but I assumed it would be destroyed. I just didn't want it smelling up the condo while I waited for it to completely dry.

Yeah, once I was watching a movie with a friend and we got a bit drunk and he spilled beer all over my laptop. I was too drunk to care, so we just continued watching, then the next day I went on a business trip for few days and when I got back, the laptop was dead.
Had to replace the whole motherboard, oh well.
Recently spilled some tea over my new gaming PC, fortunately the case is not that easy to penetrate by liquids, so I cleaned the whole thing up in time, before it could go deeper inside it.

Lol that is exactly what happened while I was cleaning it. Fortunately, not on my face, but it was all over my desk. I was not prepared for the amount of nasty things hidden behind my keys : /

many times.. most fun was when I was changing a tube light. and I did it. when I climbed down from stool with the burned out tube light in my hand it slipped & there was a nice OOMPH noise & hell lot of noise from room mates later who had to clean it up as I was standing like statue to avoid stepping on glass.

i was..that's why had to stand there with half of tube in my hand for about 20 mins. They never let me near glass again.

Yeah, I've made a mess of a room, my life, old electronics, new electronics, dinner tables, etc.
Pretty much everything.

Heh, as i mentioned on a previous thread i made for different reasons (like actually getting a fancier keyboard i believe :P, which never happened), closest to that was spilling Soda on my Amiga's floppy disk game The Manager. Game stopped working for 3 days, then just eerily came back to life. Got lucky i guess.
Did ruin a cheap but in a perfect state of already almost ruined keyboard by spilling egg yolk on it... so maybe that's the closest, dunno, except wasn't a beverage.
I'm not usually a slob and don't usually eat while at the pc for that matter, but was watching a movie or something and eating a quick sandwich for dinner, damn fried egg was over easy and when i took a small bite distracted with the damn movie, egg yolk just flew all over the goddamn place. :/
It didn't ruin it per se, but that thing already had one foot in the grave and i couldn't get the whole grease off, i just bought a new one the next day. :/
My brother though, was THIS close to just dropping a tall glass of full water all over his pc. And he's got one of those super ventilated cases... :P
It luckily dropped right next to the whole case, he just rushed to get a towel and wipe it clean, never really got inside the case.
Feel for ya, hope the long gone keyboard wasn't too fancy/expensive.

It was kind of expensive, but it lasted a few years and I learned a valuable lesson. I'll probably invest in a spill-proof keyboard. It's funny you mentioned the floppy discs. I remember ruining my star trek 25th anniversary in the early 90's, because I spilled coke on one of the disks. It was like 6 floppies or something, but one was enough to make it pretty unplayable :(

I spilled red wine all over my keyboard and had to make a late night trip to Walmart. Have any of you been really clumsy and broke something or made a mess before?
