I just watched Here Comes the Boom and it was actually pretty good. All of the characters are hilarious and it has its fair share of heart warming feel good moments

"Argo" was the last movie i saw.. A bulshit story that Claims to be based on 'real' events (hehe Lies). Also, Iran is not a savage country as they depict it in the movie. They want to make the public take side with the US against Iran..through Psychological means. This movie is a tool for Propaganda against Iran. Just so you know THIS is the number of nuclear warheads of both countries in comparisson. You decide who is the aggressor and who is the victim between these two countries.

I saw this movie not even 24 hours ago and I must say that I doubt, that we have seen the same one. The movie starts with showing the audience, that to get the oil the US established a tyrant in Iran, under whom the people suffered. They also showed some debatable political decisions the US made when revolution started and the stupid reactions of some US citizens (TV footage) that clearly don't get, what is going on (some beat Iranian immigrants in the US up and others just want to invade the Iran). On the other side almost every Iranian action is carefully explained. Even in the (fictional) uproar at the bazaar the hatred comes from a father, that lost his son by an American bullet. The country may be shown in a revolutionary state, but not as a savage country!
The movie is somewhat loosely based on real events - it's just not that Mendez freed the hostages in an one-man-show. The credit really should go to the Canadians. I don't see a real connection between what is going on right now and the making of this movie, other than perhaps using the media coverage to get some attention. Even if there is an political intention in it, it is rather to be more aware of things that are happening and always look on both sides.

Wreck-It Ralph: 9/10 - Had so much fun watching this, so many facets of gaming represented, even with the setting of the latter half of the movie.

Not exactly a movie, Millenium TV mini-serie, not bad, but really not necessary if you have seen the original trilogy. 7/10

Amour by Austrian meister Michael Haneke. It took the top prize at Cannes and is nominated for five Academy Awards (oh almost forgot, this is a gaming site, you want a Metascore - how about a cool 94?), although that is not the reason you should see it. Rather, the reason is that it is a quietly effective and brutally honest film that will haunt your soul, a meditation on and examination of life, age, morality, relationships, loyalty, filial duty, society, death and yes, love.

Don't Be Afraid Of The Dark (2010) - This movie is a joke. At first it's interesting, then it's boring and then it's just funny/pathetic. And they put it in a "horror" genre. Words are not sufficient. Nosferatu is turning in his grave. 3/10
