That message is always shown to me regardless of the pic. For an example I also got it for a puuzzle with a panda bear... and every other puzzle I ever did there.

Not sure about your case, but it's definitely not true that it's always shown. I've had it shown two times out of 5-10, in both cases the picture was suggestive or could be interpreted as such. No idea why you'd get it for a panda bear though.
