This is exactly the problem with adding stuff from previous Monthlies to Choice again (including some DLC this time). They say that trading is bad and against their tos (if they flag you as a trader they might even disable your account ). Then at the same time they kinda drive you into trading with choices like that.

No they don't, but as this example confirms, with the extra DLC they still drive you into picking it and trading away the base game afterwards. There's nothing wrong offering XCOM2 as an extra pick for those who missed it back then, but the DLC should be given free to those who got it previously without having to pick the base game again. If that's not possible it would probably still be better if the DLC were an extra choice. Also XCOM2 being a repeat shouldn't be among the featured games to advertise the bundle.

If the dlc was an extra choice than youd still be using a choice to get it, therefore picking Xcom2 bad the dlc as one choice is even better as you can trade/.give it.

Yeah, it's still a decent game tho and well worth it, I missed it back then so I'm quite happy it's there now. What feels more out of place is Niche, which has been in the tier 1 of 2 Humble Bundles.

Tell me about it. It's only $12 a month for classic, but still isn't worth it anymore. It's smarter to wait for deals on "complete editions" than stick with the monthly. I've been trying to burn through my credits and cancel humble once and for all, but nope another paused month.

But they do, don't they? "Choose XCOM® 2 and receive: XCOM® 2 + XCOM® 2: Reinforcement Pack and XCOM® 2: Resistance Warrior Pack", where one of those is a bundle of 3 other dlc's - so you get XCOM 2 and 4 dlc's.

They don't give you the good, popular DLC that people like (War of the Chosen).
Just a tiny one in that Reinforcement bunch.

Still, in my country (Poland) those 2 dlc's (without discounts) would cost 3 times the amount of this bundle, so for me even that by itself is an incentive to buy for me.

Holy moly, in my opinion this month's Humble Choice is incredible! This is the best Humble Choice for me so far. Every game except Horace, Chess Ultra, NEOVERSE and WARSAW is on my wishlist right now or was on my wishlist until recently. I didn't expect that at all. Christmas came way early for me.

Damn when the fake leak to get people salty is actually preferable to the real thing... xd This definitely isn't their greatest bundle... MO:Astray and Jurassic World are amazing for me though, but only two.
Part of me is wondering if the coronavirus is somehow making it harder for them to secure great games/deals... Because otherwise you'd think this'd be a time to really go strong with these bundles, while so many people are at home desperate for escapism and things to busy themselves with. They have as many potential new subcribers as they'll ever get right now, surely?

Picture from leak was real then. Niche does not fit because it was in T1 already (and i have it too). I already have xcom 2 (but it is cool game). I will definitely play Rise of Industry. Jurassic World Evolution looks good/interesting too. I also like Warhammer 40,000: Gladius - Relics of War.
There are also some other potentially interesting and promising ones (f.e. Mo Astray, Horace, Neoverse and even Warsaw) but need to check more about them before comment.
Overall i like this monthly (maybe very like but as i said need to check more about games).
EDIT: Horace is not bad but not my kind of games and it was free on EPIC (have it already) = 9 which I dont have...
EDIT2: But even from Xcom 2 I will have something as i dont have DLC :). But I just realised i have Xcom 2 base game from monthly... A little controversial move from HB, dlc save situation a little. But There should be war of chosen :)

Warsaw and Astray definitely interesting, Jurassic Park, WH40k and Rise of the Industry kinda but I have a shitty laptop with backlog, others are kinda uninteresting. Horace looks okay but have it on Epic.
Definitely not a bad bundle ( though... Niche? Chess? that's weird) but the least fitting for me since a long time, that's for sure.
