A question about Counter Strike Complete Pack

Hi i have a simple question i have cs:source cs and cs:cz now if there is a possibility to buy counter strike complete pack then take only cs:go and get other games for creating giveaway?I think i can purchase as a gift then choose keep them in inventory but not sure it will work...

No. You can give away whole pack or nothing (I would prefer full pack in a private contributor giveaway :D).
