so my luck turned today and I got my first steamgifts win... and my second too! ok, technically they were separate days as one was around 10pm Sunday and the other 4am Monday
it got me thinking though, how many of you remember what your first win was? did it live up to your expectations (assuming you had any)? was it something you'd been after or one that you only heard about on steamgifts?
my first was Orion: A Sci-Fi Visual Novel. I don't remember how I first heard of it but at some point it caught my interest and has been in my whislist for a while. 8 hours later, just as I was about to log off and get to bed (it being 4am I should have done so long ago...) that space cat pops up to say hello again. after thanking, whitelisting and removing entries into other giveaways for those games, I should, if I decided to be sensible, bugger off to bed. instead I decided to make this post...
anyway since you're probably asking what the other win was (or wondering what the hells I'm doing awake), it was Dead Synchronicity: Tomorrow Comes - also been in my wishlist for some time
both now have pride of place in my "priority to play" Steam category
