can't create giveaway!

Hi I created a new giveaway. But I had to delete giveaway. And now I can't create a new one. he writes me that: The maximum number of giveaways based on your current feedback score has been reached. Once your current giveaways come to a close, and gifts are received, you'll be able to post additional giftS. HELP!!!

If you delete your giveaway you lose one giveaway slot. Now when you lost all your giveway slots, only support can help you.
