Help would be appreciated

I made a giveaway for Orion: Dino Horde, and it just finished. I go to the winner's steam profile and he already owns the game in his library. I can't tell if it's from the free weekend, or if he actually owns it. Am I supposed to do a re-roll? If so, how do I do that?
