Kangaroo is probably the best meat I've ever eaten. Dove is also quite impressive

One of my favorite food :
Lamb's leg cooked in the oven, with "Maître d'hôtel" butter (ie butter with parsley and a slice of lemon juice, I also add some minced garlic with it personnally) and some beans.
The meat has to be kept pink in the inside, if you overcook it you deserve to be crucified. :-p

Alternative for the winter : Mont d'Or cheese in the oven with potatoes and, of course, lots of French/Italian/Spanish delicatessen
Possible only during winter because Mont d'Or cheese is only available from late October to early April (outstide of this date interval : don't buy it if you find some, it won't have the real typical taste).

I'm not sure what this is called in English, but damn it's heavenly. I think it should be called something along the line of "meatball noodle soup" or whatever. But it's very popular throughout Asia. It's a bit like Pho, I think? Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand have the best variations of this from what I've tasted. Yum.
