You can easily sell couple thousand worth without any risk of taxes or whatever you fear KYC will lead to. And I was mostly pointing out that if you're first buying the coins then it makes hardly any sense, but if you're getting them otherwise then you should keep them to wait for a huge spike in price I'd say. Spending them now gets rid of huge potential profits later.
Indiegala offers an additional crypto discount for some bundles at least. PayPal is also hopping on the train allowing you to buy and sell with them so that should finally make it very easy to spend coins on anything you want.

Not really widely used yet by all retailers. But it will soon. If you have BTC I highly recommend keeping it though. In the past two months BTC went from $18,000+ each to current right of this moment above $25,000.(USD prices)
