DOTA player get in,, MMR open in 46 hours play time? How?

guys, i dont understand this case,, someone on the internet open his MMR in 46 hours play time with his new account. First play about 2 month ago,,
how can? did i miss some dota 2 update about MMR system?

its new account without ti6 ticket,, and its normal MMR as well, and what i know is that u cant do international ranked before doing some normal ranked (cmiiw)

Last I played, you only needed 10 matches to calculate your MMR which would take less than 10 hours. Not sure what's the problem here.

If the wiki is still up to date, it's still 10 matches. 10 matches can roughly be 40 minutes each. Add 5 or so for queue and finally getting into a match. It's like 8 hours, but we can even bump it 12.
