Depends on the scam...
If it's the "Hi this is Windows support..." one, then I tend to play with them a bit (my favorite to date was going and standing by my microwave - it's got a window AND a Start button, took them a bit to figure it out :) ). Rather amused :D
If it's a scammer with games/keys, I tend to feel a bit pissed off that they've even tried. Satisfied, but pissed off.
If it's a 419, then just bored.

When somebody is obviouly trying to scam me, I like to toy with them a bit. I had this guy once, which I just knew was going to scam me and I just gave him a random key (just made up). He immediatly unfriended me after that and a bit later he invited me again, screaming that I tried to scam him (while he never did any part of his deal...) etc. Pretty fun times :p

Someone once offered me more keys than I was asking for, 6 keys for just Tier 3 of the then-current $12 Humble Bundle. Insisted I go first. still more fun than a Digital Homicide game

I'll tell you a funny story
I won a 35$US Nintendo eShop giftcard in a shitty user contest on Gamefaqs
I'm in Canada, can't use the card, it gives me a wrong region error. Been trying to trade the card, but couldn't find a buyer
On Reddit, I tried to trade it for a Hyrule Warrior Legends code to unlock the 3DS characters on Wii U and some cash. I'm a complete trusting dumbass, I gave the guy the code before he gave me anything, the guy proceeded to delete his reddit account... Dammit. I went in thinking that I don't have much to lose since I can't actually use it myself and trading such card is high risk already, but it still bummed me out amazingly
So I called Nintendo to at least try to get the point card cancelled so the guy wouldn't get away with it (I couldn't even use it anyways) ... And it turns out, the eShop card was used years ago <_<, I got trolled, the prize was fake in the first place (I should've known really, I won it in a trollish place. Although, I knew deep down the code might've been used at some point).... When the guy told me that, I laughed pretty hard, I was kinda down at being scammed, but that's an hilarious twist and I was pretty happy I didn't actually get scammed... because seriously, I'm smarter than that
But yeah, next time I know to go to more trusting places (Stuff like SA-Mart, where you require a paid account and such) and investigate the user more if possible

My latest one was with me trying to trade a Fucking Itunes gift card that someone gave me on my birthday. Probably trolling me since he knows I absolutely despise any apple products and only own Android + non MAC laptops.
Was my first time selling in /r/giftcardexchage and some faggot thinks I'm dumb seeing it's my first time. The guy was on the global scammer list of reddit and has a steamrep ban too rofl. Wanted me to go first since "It's my first time"
Thinking back about it, I probbly should've wasted his time by photoshopping the photo of the card and let him try to scare me that he'll report me rofl

Man, I feel like a frickin' detective when someone offers me a trade, then I do some "research" on them and find out they have a history of scamming people!
When it comes to stuff on SG, I only trade with people with good rep, in which I always go first. Then when I get a high enough rep, I'll be able to trade with those who don't have as much, since they'll have to go first >:D
For stuff like craigslist, there's not much that can be done... but I always meet somewhere public, and I always have my trusty pocket knife on me.
