Unless you hack into steam network, there's no any known way to check games of a guy who has private profile. Even SG can't check that, and that's why it requires to switch to public profile every week or so.
So you'll get games = 0, and it will show all unactivated.

Like already suggested, ask him to set his profile public for a few minutes, so you can check. If he's got nothing to hide, he will do it

So one of my giveaway has just finished. I usually look at the winner to make sure he has activated all his wins and has no multiples, but this time the person's Steam profile is private, so it shows all is wins as not activated... Is there an other way to look? I think I will send it, but just want to make sure that it's the right thing to do.
