Select the game you want to giveaway, select time you want to run giveaway for, set giveaway type and level required for users to enter.
When the giveaway ends, the site will select a winner and you'll have to send the game to them.

Yes, when the winner has activated the key, he should mark the game as received on his profile.
If a can give you a little tip, when giving away game keys, if the winner hasn't won much before it's better to give the game in person over chat. That way you're certain he's getting it and you can take a screenshot in case he claims to not have received the game afterwards.
