tl;dr version, both s's and s' are considered correct according to different style guides, though 's is more commonly accepted.
Technically, the most appropriate version is likely the New York Times Version, but it can be trickier for people to remember, and there's actually no functional reason to prefer it over consistent use of s's.
s' is more confusing since generally that structure is exclusive to plural-possession (The peoples' union, or, a union of multiple groups of people (versus people's union for a single group of people)), so adding it to singular possession would be peculiar, in a 'does that punctuation really belong there?' sense.
(There are not multiple Kerroses being represented, are there? =O)
The most firm rules of thumb for it are:
1: If you speak it with a smooth e sound (Kerroses Labyrinth [-roses or -ozes]) you substitute an apostrophe at the spot (Kerros's).
2: If it ends with an emphasized double s sound (Kansas's [-usses]) you would instead use ', for Kansas'.
Of course, depending on your personal pronunciation of Kerros, you may think it more suited for the latter, and that's where the real confusion comes in.
Or you can just use s's (or s', if you really think that preferable) consistently, as that's much simpler. :P

So the other day I won couple of good games (Wolfenstein: The New Order and Five Nights at Freddy's 4) from the great and magnificent Kerros's Labyrinth (or is that Kerros' ? Can never tell... WELL FROM LABYRINTH MADE BY KERROS. There.), plus also an Alien: Isolation DLC, from an other giveaway, so I decided it was time to make my very first train. Yay!
