Why Virtual DJ - Broadcaster Edition is now in bundle list?

I create a GA for 4 copys Virtual DJ - Broadcaster Edition 6 days before and Check the bundle-list and was not included. He never has been in bundles and maximum discount is 80%.

now check again and surprise is now in bundle list. but, Why?

Maybe mistake?

Regional prices in some countries drop it below the required price to get on the bundle list. This is not a mistake, and will not be reversed.

As for the delay, there is one person updating the list, and they are human. They can miss discounts and bundles, so bundling is retroactive so people can't exploit stuff.
