I wonder if it's some weird regional pricing thing. I looked again, and it's still $9.99 like it was yesterday. Only certain people seem to be offered it at the $0.20 price, and yes, I am logged into my account and see most of the games listed at the "VIP" pricing, except for certain games.

Sort of mixed bag, but it's not entirely crap; some of the associated DLC is also on Discount (just not as much as the main game like Dreambreak)
