It's not luck...just look at the number of entries of his wins ^^

luck has nothing to do with it, ust pure statistics. If one enters just lo9w lvl public GAs with hundreds/thiusands entries he will win rarely, so 2 wins on one day will be extremely lucky. While I enter only group/private/whitelist GAs or publics with high lvl, they rarely have more than 200 entries, usually less than 50 entries - so I will win 20 times more often than person who joins GAs with 1000 entries, hence 20th times bigger probability to win at thesame day ;) And actual numbers are even higher to my advance ;)
