It factors in regional prices. Meaning that since the ruble is worth about next to nothing, a simple 80% sale can trigger the high discount threshold for the site's single bundler, as the Russian price can drop way below 95%.

So, before i'll put a discounted game there for a GA, i have to check the discount for all currencies? :D

yes. but you can easilly see it on steamdb ;) if combined discount in any region goes below 95% you can be sure game will be bundled. If it comes really close like 94.9% it may or may not be, so your choice ;)

So, as expample, the lowest discount for this https://steamdb.info/app/352640/ game is 92%, so i can be sure that "Bundle" tag
won't be added for my GA?

no, you have to combine both lowest currency with lowest discount. For example - currently lowest currency is Russian Ruble and it is 61.28% cheaper thann US Dollar. Game is also on 89% discount. To calculate converted price take % of base price and % of base currency and multiply, for example in this case it will be (1-0,6128)(1-0,89)=0,38720,11= 0,042592 it means that In russia the game is on 95,7408% sale compared to US price. It is more than 95% so game will get on bundle list.

Same calculation done for China gives even bigger discount - 96,6904% sale. So again - to bundle list it goes!

Are there any plugins, that will give me those information automatically? =)

Several. The easiest is probably Enhanced Steam, as I think the SteamDB plug-in or script was eventually scrapped.
The advantage of Enhanced Steam is that it shows minimum price for all known stores, not just Steam. And you can even get the game's IsThereAnyDeal page to check price history for all stores, although you need SteamDB to know the regional discounts.

idk how is ES working now, but when I used it more often (back when they were supporting FireFox) it wasn't too reliable - many games would have false biggest recorded discounts, like a lot of games would say "Lowest Recorded Price: 0.00$" - i find SteamDB much more reliable. Plus you don't really have to do calculations all that often - most of the time you can easilly see that numbers do not add up to 95% sale, only when they are close to 95% you have to actually do any calculations ;)

Well, i've understood the system. Thank you` for all the answers! =)

Btw, is there any groups with a suggested games for a GA? :)

not that I know about, because there are currently few thousands games on Steam, not counting DLCs, collections, packs, bundles, items no longer available and so on and on. It would be impossible for any group to maintain a whole list of all possible games/dlcs/packs that are non-bundled. It would also be too big responsibility. Because noone is online 24/7 and noone is checking all posiible sources all the time. so it would be extremelly easy to not notice some short pricebug and keep game listed as sugestion in the group, people would make GAs for it, and when it gets retrobundled and they lose their CV they would all blame the person who was managing the group.

If you want a list of games that would be good for GA (but not looking for whether they asre bundled or not, just to make sure people will actually want them) you can use community wishlist: https://www.steamgifts.com/giveaways/wishlist. similar wishlist is also viewable for any group you're in. It's the closest I can think of being suggested what games are good for GAs ;)

also keep in mind that game maybe highly discounted outside of steam and still end up being bundled ;) For example - 2 days ago Cross of the Dutchman was 0.15$ on GMG, on Steam game never got a discount big enough to get bundled, but because of GMG promo it will now get bundled anyway ;)
