There was a price error that made the 4pack $6.xx a few months back as well as the Season Pass was 75% off at the time.

They weren't meant to happen, can't deny that they were on sale.

Unfortunately the DI keys from amazon are region restricted,and on SG it is forbidden to make giveaways with region restricted codes,with the only exception of private giveaways and prior permission from someone from support :)

Dead Island GOTY from Amazon US is always region locked to North America. You can apparently activate it with a VPN, but it's more hassle than it's worth.

Just buy it's on sale in Europe, Gamersgate and GreenmanGaming tend to do reasonable sales on it quite often.

Are you sure about it? I bought Dead Island GOTY from Amazon in December 2012, got the code and activated it on Steam. I do have to say that I didn't play the game to this moment and would glad to know if I can play it.

P.S. I live in Israel.

I'm in Italy too, and it's region locked for us, i don't know if isn't the same for other countries, but my copy was NA region restricted. After that i bought Dead Island Goty on Gamersgate.

Does anyone know if the Dead Island key works in Brazil or South America in general?

I ask because it seems everyone complaining about the region lock is in Europe. However, in the Amazon forum there is some guy claiming that it "seemed" to work in Latin America. The "seemed" part leaves a bit of uncertainty in the air.

Actually the sales are Restricted to people in the united states,and it is stated pretty clearly on the sale page.Most people buy with fake us address,but it's still a workaround.
Now as for the games,most of them are not region locked,but in this case DI is,apparently it is locket to NorthAmerica.
I for one can confirm it cannot be activated in europe,as i bought it and couldn't.

Best deal I've seen for complete Borderlands 2 package... however so little time and so many quality games in my backlog, so I don't mind waiting for a GotY edition and for that to go on sale, perhaps this fall (winter at the latest).

Odd. I bought the Season Pass for a friend, and when I went to get the key, it was visible from the start. Usually you view the key manually in order for it to become visible. I guess they got rid of that feature? If so, I wonder how that works with returns, as that is usually an option until you view them.

Haven't bought anything from there since the February sale.

THE VERY WEIRD thing that happened to me, is that I pressed BUY and it instantly purchased it. No password or confirmation needed.
