This is how it goes for me:
First I receive an Indiegala giveaway activation mail
Then I receive the link in my mailbox.

Have you tried using a different emailadress?

Wow, I think I've found the culprit. Apparently, I was claiming my free games with an email address that I've never made an account with on Indiegala..
