You are level 4 here and sgtools find you level 5
Probably a cache différence you became level 5 on sg for a short time and sgtools still indicate it
But sg calculation has lowered you to level 4.
Happened to me twice on level 2 and on level 4 to be lowered a short time after passing a level ;)

If you hover over your giveaways sent, it shows you have two awaiting feedback. Perhaps the one other than Immortal Defense is being counted on SGT, but not SG? That'll happen if a winner unmarked it, for example, and I think it happens on multi-copy giveaways regardless, since I seem to always get credit on SGT for those well before they're fully marked by all the recipients.
