Gift can not be redeemed...

What shall i do now? I read in the closed topics that retrying again might help, but i'm doing that now for two days.

Any other ideas? It's an E-Mail gift, not a copy in my inventory, so i can't spam the "add to account" button.

I just keep on retrying it via the mail, but i'm always gettin the same message, and it doesn't show up in my library either :/

Once you click the link it will be invalidated so it can't be used again, even if you didn't accept it. This happened to me once, just contact the creator of the giveaway and ask him to send it again directly through Steam or by trading.

I guess that it's because the guy that gave you the gift might have traded the gift with someone else before you could have redeemed it. You should try contacting the creator of the giveaway
