Well, there was that, but I remember reading about something where, at a random moment, your save games (all of them) could potentially corrupt, destroying countless hours of your work. I'll try and find a link for you.

Here we go. May have been mixing up a few things with another bugged-to-hell game, but these were serious bugs. According to Wikipedia's summary, "several" of the issues were fixed. I'm going to presume that means not all of them were.

The only real flaws in it is the repetition. You can still do things in different ways. But still basically the same. I had fun with it regardless.

Pre-rended trailer with no gameplay shown is nothing to get exicited about, ever.
The faces also seems really really strange to me, like they were made out of clay or something. Really contrasts glaring against the fairly realistic environments they were going for.

Let's not forget this comes from the fine folks at Ubisoft so expect DRM and a poorly coded port. This looks like a title everyone should be wary about pre-ordering aslong as no (decent)demo is available. Cynicism is very easy on the wallet.
