you should know if it is or not. it basically means those services where you can create an email address that only lasts for 30-60 minutes.
example: www.temp-mail.org

Go to their website and subscribe to their newsletter.You will not get the key instantly, but within 24 hours. They send out the keys manually.Also: The "No one time emails" is a general warning and will be shown to everybody. It means, that the dev will exclude those type of emails you create without registration and/or that vanish automatically after a certain timeUpdate: Dev announced that the giveaway had to be stopped, bc a huge amount of bots entered. Everyone who subscribed until 9 PDT will recieve a key, but distribution will be delayed.
