As of the time now I'm using Microsoft Edge on Win10 and cannot access the Google Play Music webpage,can anyone else confirm this?

Same here, page won't load at all just a white blank page.

When I access from Chrome it says;

"Sorry! Music on Google Play is not available in your country yet.
We're working to bring the content you love to more countries as quickly as possible.
Please check back again soon."
