atm after you add new authenthicator you will have to wait (idk if it's 7 days or more/less, sorry), after that time passes you will be able to trade immediatelly (if another person has authenthicator as well, otherwise there will be cooldowns with items put on hold)

When I put the app on my phone it said there was a 7 day cooling down period because I'd added a new device or some such. After that I could trade immediately - as long as the other person had the authenticator also.
