Killing Floor Complete Pack

I was just wondering, if I buy the Killing Floor complete pack while I already own the base game and 2 DLCs, will the DLCs I own and the game itself go to my inventory?
I'm quite tempted to buy it since its very cheap and my friend needs Killing Floor, and I wouldn't mind getting all the DLCs and character packs. However, I have seen situations where the spare parts simply vanish / or it's not possible to buy the package at all.

TL;DR - If I own KF, and buy the complete package, will the game go to my inventory?
