Q+A:

Q1: If I wait to buy the bundle, will the BTA Price go up? (Tier 2)

  • A: YES, the BTA price WILL INCREASE. This is because as people pay MORE than the BTA price to buy Tier 2 or higher, they BTA INCREASES as time goes on.

  • The BTA does NOT* go down

    • In some circumstances* or some time after the bundle is released, the BTA price may or may not go down. The BTA price goes down if people pay LESS than the BTA price, such as buying only Tier 1 for $1 or less).

Q2: What is "increase your order"?

  1. If you have already purchased a bundle and want to beat the average or increase your order amount, just go to your personal download page and click this link near the top.

  2. This option will be available throughout the bundle sale period as well as for a short period after the bundle has closed. After you click the link, it will expand into this window

  3. Enter the amount you would like to ADD to your initial order, NOT the total amount you would like to donate. For example, in the example above, enter $7.75 to bring the total to $17.75.

Q3: What is locking the BTA?

  • A: Locking the BTA means that at the time of purchase, whatever the BTA price is at that time (i.e. Let's say its $5.50), this will be your BTA price forever. Simply buy Tier 1 of the bundle for $1, and if you want to increase your order in the future, you will only have to pay the difference between $1 and $5.50 + $0.01, meaning if you want the games in the BTA tier, you will pay only $4.51, even if the current BTA price on the bundle page is $6, for example (the BTA price changes depending on the AVERAGE $$x that people are buying the bundle at. The BTA fluctuates, and usually increases over time as more people pay higher prices for the bundle).

Q4: What is "Pay more than the average vs. Pay $XX or more"?

Often for bundles, there are two additional tiers of content that you can access. The first is locked under a title of "Pay more than the average of $X.XX to unlock!" In this instance, you must beat the average listed. If the amount is $3.25, you must pay at least $3.26 to gain access to that content. It also never hurts to add an extra five or ten cents to be certain that you will unlock the content!

The highest tier of content often will say "Pay $XX or more to unlock!" In this case, you simply need to meet the specified amount in order to get the additional games.

Mid-Promotion additions

For the main page bundles, often extra games will be added to the beat the average tier half way through the duration of the bundle. If you have already purchased the bundle, you still have access to those games! As long as you had beaten the average at time of purchase, you will automatically gain access to those games. You simply have to open up the download page we originally emailed to you, and the new games will now be listed at the bottom.

Worst. Humble Bundle. Ever.

This is bad. Real bad. This one is like so not HB quality. And Nuclear Throne has been MUCH cheaper than what this Tier 3 purchase makes it. Shame on HB for the whole Tier 3 thing to begin with really, but this is so sub-par it's embarrassing. And having DRM free copies doesn't make it worth it.

Get this one only if you want to give to charity, and then take that charity slider and move it all the way up.

I'm suprised by this because I've seen it all over the place in trade sites for very little. And no I'm not thinking about the other Nuclear game that was even cheaper and more often bundled. I know if I wanted to I could get it for a TF2 key right now, and that was from before this bundle.

That's one dude that has it at between 0.5 and 2 keys. Do I need to find more or do you believe me yet? I wanna go play something. XD

0.5-2 key value doesnt mean 1 Key and there is guy already offering more then that lol

That's fine. I'm just telling you that I have seen it for a key. Can we let this go? No? I must continue to defend my honor and do more research until I find that trade I saw even though I have zero interest in getting the game? Seriously. Believe me or not. I'm gonna go play Slain now.... as soon as someone buys 15 cents worth more of my stuff in the market. Taps foot.

EDIT : Man that guy was totally false advertising. It's also possible that when I saw it for a key the sellers thought they had Nuclear Throne but really they had Nuclear Dawn as well. But that dude listed it as a key-ish. Never dug any further into it because like I said, I never really wanted it.

Good bundle! I already own a lot of it and what I don't own I have wishlisted, BTA seems like a good deal, shame about Throne being T3 when it was in the monthly.

Would have bought T1 for Galak-Z, if I hadn't already got it in the monthly... three months ago lol. Will pass on this

Got it for $5.05. Ok bundle I guess, hopefully the addons will be decent. Now just hope tomorrows Bundlestars bundle is worthwhile.

I guess $1 or BTA depending on bonus.

$6 extra for Nuclear Throne isn't even 50% off :(

T3 surely will remain unbundled, even with the projected total retail price of $121 it'd still be just 92% off.
Right now the total retail price is $91, so I'd say we could expect another 2 $15 games next Tuesday.

Ended up getting Tier 2, but 3 re-bundles in a HiB, that's a bit weak.

I would say its a really good bundle. Too bad it has many repeats from Monthly, but for people that don't buy it it's a great deal.
I instantly grabbed Tier 2 for myself. And I'm curious about what will they add next week.
