but I was lvl_0 and gave away 1 (one) game worth 20$ (twenty dollars). In FAQ I read that lvl_1 is guys, who gave away games worth 0.01$-25$. Correct? So why I am still level zero? Thanks for help

Snake Pass has no cv as it was given away for free.

So it's actually 0 Contributor Value.
