did see that post,,, but still do not understand it; i do not mind i do not understand the scripting language, but i do mind i dont know where to go with that script....
in sg tools, i can "manage" giveaways, but the 1st field requires me to fill in a steamgifts url of a giveaway i have not yet created.... i feel like staring at an insurmountable wall here,,, thats why i am looking for a step by step ,,, in great detail....

you create an invite only GA like you would normally do with all the specifications you want. then input the url through sgtools, create the GA, and there will be a ruleset where you can paste those rules and then start playing with the numbers to your liking and or deleting certain rules. and at the end share the sgtools page link that is before clicking to check if one can apply given that ruleset you decided upon.

create an invite-only giveaway on sg
log in to sgtools, go to http://www.sgtools.info/giveaways/manage
paste the ga url you just created
adjust the filters as you please, you can later edit them if something is wrong
post it on the forums or share it with whoever you want

I am fairly new to the giveaway scene, but already tired of the many users who take take take take and take, without giving back.
Ive searched a bit thru all these discussions, and only found the advanced instructions on how to operate steamgift tools.
i am looking for an easy step by step explanation on how to create a giveaway that , for example, only level 1 users are allowed to enter.
