People giving away won games

If you need to redeem your game you won at steamcompanion, then you should report him there. I guess it is ok for steamgifts.

both. SC for not activating the won game & giving it away.
SG for creating misleading g/a.

in case of SC - report him there, as he broke SC rues (he should activate it). Don't report on SG, as he didn't break SG rules.

in case of other GA sites (PlayBlink, GameMiner, SteamPortal) which do not require activation of won gift regifting it on SG is ok, as it's not brealking any rules.

As others have said if he didn't break a rule here just report him in steamcompanion.
Although, I recently saw a user do the same here, he even admitted it in the description, that's what made me look, if not I probably wouldn't have bothered. After searching a little more I noticed he had done the same thing with a giveaway he won here. He made the giveaway in steamcompanion a day after he won the game here and didn't have the game activated in his account.

And about my last cuestion? how can i search for a ended giveaway of a specific game?
For example: if i want to search for ended giveaways of mass effect.
