Plus surprisingly it made the game more teambased due to avoid getting rekt by the R8

Good dmg, the best reload time out of all weapons, magazine big enough to kill 2 guys and take 50hp from the third spraying just once. Good accuracy with really small recoil from short to medium-long distance. What more would you need? :D

its minorally op, its easy to dodge and easy to miss repeatedly. it just came out so everyone is using it and if you die by it to many times kids will cry op. in a way its balanced, but if they nerf it, it should only be the time between shots thats it

There are like "AFK/Achivement" servers that i know u can idle if you got some script that just keeps you movin' and you can just keep it going under the night...

So, it was "funnier" when everyone was camping with awp or auto? R8 is good, you just have to learn to use it. And remember that it only has 16 bullets.

I am kinda enyoing all the outcries of the community. Sh*t happens mate, they will be tuning it for a month or two and after that we will hopefully end up with a viable but not overpowered opinion like we did with CZ and Tec9 (though I would not mind Valve nerfing tec lil more). Look at League of Legends, new champs are tested at least for a month on beta servers and it still takes another few patches to really balance them. Beta servers traffic just cannot give enough feedback to balance new stuff, although it seems like ppl from CS:GO dev team don't really bother beta testing at all. ^^

I tried R8 yesterday and I don't like it, at least for now, but mostly because they way it works. It is kinda frustrating to die from CQ bullet spam, but so it is with CZ75 or P90. It feels OP when you get shot by it, but not when you use it. It will surely be balanced before next major.

I played since weaponrelease now 20+ ranked matches.
In every match i see 50%+ people who playing this weapon only and my KDA was better as ever before only because this weapon.
I hate it and i see no reason to buy after first eco round other weapons for the rest of the game as r8 revolver with kevlar + helmet.
With this weapon you can move, you can jump, you can be ready to prefire and if you don´t see someone you don´t need to fire, no need to sneak for better aim, no need to go away from ladder... skill is no longer needed to feel good with a great KDA.
It is stupid overpowered and they worked so long on this crap that it is a shame for Valve but they don´t even care.
Oh and before someone ask i play on double ak (don´t know the ranknames because they all sounds retarded) together with friends with 1-3 ranks over my own.

I play on LEM and Supreme. So far, I have seen multiple teams waste their economy not ecoing properly and just buying R8 with armor thinking that will get them the round.
My favorite weapon is a MP7 and its still kicking ass. Yesterday alone, I had multiple 30 kill games and I think had 2 draws, 2 16-14 win and 1 11-16 loss (cause of people griefing).
Point remains, that while it certainly needs a nerf, I wouldn't say its been making that big a difference in the end results. A player with a deagle can still kill you just fine. Most of the players with an R8, have no idea how to stand still and shoot. They just tend to spray jumping around hoping to land a hit.

After the Winter Update, there is a new gun called R8 Revolver
It just so overpower that when I enter a game, everyone play with it
no M4, no AK, just R8
