Some Guidance plz

Rules(http://www.steamgifts.com/forum/91wob/faqrules-and-guidelines) says do not enter game which you already have and we cannot enter the giveaways of the the game which we possess. BUT

I have dota 2 and still I can enter the giveaway of Dota 2.. Is there any chance that I might be the winner for the giveaway.
