I assume this is the Ridge Racer entry as it's only restricted in CN. Ace Combat and MUD entries don't appear to have any restrictions.

Ridge Racer activates as "Ridge Racer Unbounded Retail (RoW)", so I imagine it should work anywhere.
Don't worry about games not being available in your regional store. As long as the key isn't region-restricted, you'll be just fine :)

For those wondering, I believe the Complete Collection for Origin was $15 in December/January and $12 for one day in November.
