Enough with the Borderlands 2!

The game won't stay forever in your library, i tried several "free weekend" games and all are gone from my library. Borderlands and CoD:MW3 Multiplayer for example. But i can't say for how long they will remain in your library, sorry : /

Oh god, you sayin' that because of what happaned with the Borderlands one? Yeah, it kinda sucked but I don't think it'll happen again. And i'm pretty sure the game will be in your library still, whether you download it or not.

Sooo... how can i pre-load this game now? I'm on the steamstore site of saints row the third. There is no "pre-load now, play this weekend stuff". Is it kinda region locked? : /

How can i force this "Update News" to pop up?
