Q3 he is playable only in 1 game and he is probably one of the most mysterious characters ever. Q4 well I already gave away a small hint so you have to figure it out on your own.

Using my awesome Paint skills I drew a few pictures of characters from fighting games. These fighting games are fairly popular so anyone who is a dedicated fighting game player or a dedicated google search master can solve it.
