I might be overlooking something really obvious here, but I'll ask anyways.

I need to add funds to my PayPal balance, with Credit Card. Seems stupid but it works for me =P

Hint: I'm not the US.

Connect your PayPal to your credit card? If it's a perapid credit card which you cannot change the adress on you will probably have to get funds by trading (i.e you will have to buy something and trade that for paypal cash.....). May be other solutions.

I'm sure you have prepaid cards where you live, somewhere there should be available. Using prepaid credit cards with paypal is most of the time impossible, i didn't say that it was a solution. I use prepaid credit cards a lot these days, for 3 months more I will have to get them if I want something that's not steam (can buy steam wallet for that). If it's impossible to connect the card to PP the most useful way is probably to connect or get a bank account and connect that, or trading..........

If I can buy Balance off someone with a normal Credit Card, that will do, but... who does that? =P

As far as I know, you can't bring funds to PayPal from credit card like you can bank account or at least I have never figured out how to either.

The only way would require two PayPal accounts. You would send money from the one funded by the credit card and then send it back as cash. I had to do this once when I wanted money off of a prepaid VISA.

you can't add funds from CC to paypal. if you have linked a CC to your PayPal account everytime you purchase something using PP and you don't have funds it will automatically withdraw that ammount from your CC asociated with your account.

"PayPal does not currently offer the ability to add funds from your bank account.

When you make a payment, PayPal charges the buyer's credit card and instantly credits the seller's PayPal account."

Don't know where you got that quote from but I add funds from my bank account to my paypal balance all the time.

Ahhh, of course! That's what I was missing. Yeah, I have no problems using my normal credit card "masked" as PayPal instead of PayPal balance. So obvious.

As Ollie said, I could link my bank account, no idea if my bank allows it, though. Thanks.

I don't understand why you would need to do this and wouldn't just add the card to your paypal account and use it as a funding source to buy something.

Not sure if this still works but you could "Request Money" from another one of your e-mail addresses or create a donation link or something through the paypal system and then make a cc payment to your account. You used to be able to pay for things on paypal with a card without signing up for a new account.
