Reduce level of active giveaway

Is there a way to reduce the level of an active giveaway, or do some of you know if support would do that if asked?
Just realized that the DLC's game is quite uncommon and therefore lvl3 might be too high to reach enough.

I think there is no such possibility. Delete the GA and create it anew.
