Support ticket created, may as well see if I can get an answer. I expect other copies have been given away already without problem, but I don't want to fork out €40 for you lovely lot only to get in trouble ;)

I'd like to give away a couple of copies of The Stick Of Truth - one for public consumption & one for the group I'm in, grabbing myself a copy at the same time, however normal retail keys can't be redeemed by anyone in Australia, Austria or Germany.
The FAQ clearly states "Do not submit CD-keys or Steam gifts that have regional restrictions, or those that require VPN activation or methods to bypass regional restrictions.". Does this apply to games that are purposefully censored by the countries in question?
