Hello, i've got problem with my Steam account. Yesterday I wanted to buy some games (maybe for giveaways, maybe for trade). As always I paid using PayPal account. My money was sent (of course i've got proof on my email and paypal account), but I don't have these games in my inventory. Even i don't have a purchase proof from Steam store... I sent question to Steam support, anyone know how long will they respond? Will they give me my games?

Steam Support takes quite some time to respond so be patient, and yes if you provide them with a little proof they're probably going to give you the games.

on your first post they will respond in probably 3 days after that it shouldnt be longer than 24 hours.They can even respond at same hour after their first reply.

I assume the purchase didn't went threw. Is your card charged? If yes, it might take a couple of days and your games will show up in your inventory. But directly contact support (you did), or else they might lock your account.

I didn't use card. Money at first was sent from my bank account to PayPal, there they are conversion to € (i've got another currency), and at the end cash was sent to steam using PayPal :) I don't think so they could lock my account. Thanks for help.

What he is asking is if money was taken off of your payment option, which is paypal in your case.

Sometimes a purchase fails.

Seems that happened, though, so yeah support is the way to go.

Attach as much proof as you can (Screenshots!) to your ticket - else their first reply will be "please post some screenshots" and you have wasted 24 to 48 hours (until their next reply).
