Yes, they are the same entity, and how redundantly they want to use their own resources is up to them.

Also, this may be something of a "flash sale" not sure.

I've read somewhere, that in german steam, all Saints Row The Third keys are blocked except the german ones.
Someone can confirm this?
I don't really want to use a vpn to activate this game.

Yeah, the cut version sucks, you can't use civilians as shield and the police will hunt you earlier when you kill civilians.
Also they removed the whored mode.

Trading and gifting is the solution. ;)

With (good) trading, you can get it also very cheap. :)

You can also wait for a sale and buy it cheap with a second Account.
