And it was really good.

That's it, that's the whole topic. Go watch it now, you'll love it.

unfortunately spilled crimson red paint on mine so the -attention buff it gave turned into +attention.

Nay, most likely it got a -2attention buff. If it draws too much attention, then obviously it's not worth of any attention, so it draws no attention at all ;)

But it's summer. Going in a trenchcoat will draw a maximum of attention.

Yeah, seems most Spider-man movies are now on Disney+ but Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse isn't on there so unless it's coming late, I am afraid the new one won't either, had the idea since the other ones are on there now, I would get lucky but guess not

Best thing Sony has made of the Spidey franchise, imo. The Spider-verse I mean. Haven't seen this one yet

I'd love to see it on the big screen but I don't know if it's coming to my (red)neck of the woods. Paris sometimes feels like a small town when it comes to theatrical releases.
Also happy cake!

I was very, very positively surprised by it. The first one was really good and even that surprised me, because I went in with reservations thinking that all the hype for it was too much. Then I was worried they had just done a "one hit wonder" and the sequel would drop in quality because they'd be unable to top the success of the first. I was so skeptical I didn't think I'd see it in a long time, but I happened to have a free ticket for the theater and I'm glad I did go see it.

I have some idle complaints about the story but nothing too big that it would've robbed me of the enjoyment that I got from the superb visuals and music. Stunning feat of animation, uses of color and stylistic choices were fantastic, but I do agree with complaints that certain sequences were incredibly hard to view because of all the flashing light effects. I look forward to seeing the conclusion and keep my fingers crossed it isn't the one that will disappoint me now that I've been positively impacted by two movies.
