Unless you own the base games but not all the DLCs since, let's be honest, paradox is a little excessive when it comes to releasing stuff that could just as easily be patches (new unit portraits/colors/designs, music, and other errata) or simply waiting and releasing several DLCs at once for a cheaper price rather than waiting 6 months to a year to do that for about the same price as if you had bought the dlcs separately.
Don't get me wrong, I love paradox, but I rarely spring for anything more than their base games.
