Go here and then click on 'Gifts Sent' or 'Gifts Received' on the line of the giveaway, and the click on 'Request New Winner' next to the eMail of the winner. Hope it helps.

You need to beat Mom's Heart with the Blue Baby. That will grant you the D6 which will allow you to re-roll.
