You cannot promote here 3rd party GAs made through discord:
Third party giveaways that require or reward users for performing profitable actions. For example, linking to a giveaway on another service that requires or incentivizes users to click a referral link, like a Facebook page, follow a Twitter account, join a Steam group, complete a survey, sign-up for a newsletter, or make a donation.
You can mention that you have discord server in your GAs, but not tell people you make GAs for or through it. If you edit OP post to follow the guidelines you can create a ticket in Other category and ask us to open it for you.

Hello everyone, we are a new community with 7 months focused on the giveaways, but at the same very active, we have done 450 giveaways on discord and 201 on SteamGifts.

A bit more about our group:
Our group was created 7 months ago with the objective to give games for our members, 450 giveaways at the moment, and all redeemed correcly, without any issue in From You To You you'll also find a lot of kind members to talk, minigames and fun channels. You have also to think that being a smaller community you will have more chances to win our giveaways <3
Also tell you that we came an structure where people who donate are rewarded, but at the same time if you don't donate you will be able anyway to enter a lot of giveaways.
