Oooohhhh here's my answer to weebs fellow

do you use 18+ patches on steam and if so on which games?

some of them, yes
Grisaia no Kajitsu, Kono Oozora, Karakara(not bought yet), Nekopara 1 + 2, etc

is there any where to see a list of games with patches?

search it using "weeb trash" on SG forum

does steam know if you apply a hentai patch?

Nope, I mean they didn't care
but sometime there's drawback like Kono Oozora, (You can't get the Achievement)

Edit : even if Steam know it they still let the dev/publisher sell the Official 18+ Patch, ex. Muvluv, Nekopara vol 2, Karakara, Ne no Kami etc

I usually use them when applicable not so much because of the adultery (I could just look up regulary porn for that purpose) but because the censored parts usually contain bits of the storyline that you might miss out on otherwise. Steam can technically detect that you modified the game files, but they've never cared about it.

I don't know...
I'm a little sad that because of it's easy ways (file change) the game, that could not be presented in it's intended format on Steam can be still experienced easily, and quite some time it's just there because yay, nudity! Meanwhile most of the bigger games (I don't know if all, or what kind of exceptions are there) are just dancing around the topic of sex and nudity, because as we know too much nudity will irreversibly break a person, not to mention having sex with people they (or the player) wants to. In a nutshell: it's pretty shameful that simple nudity is generally frowned on in games, while meticulously dismembering someone, or gore in general in nother games is a selling point.
(Speaking about which, did you know it guys that there's a Doom mod where each enemy is turned into various females, and instead of proper weapons you have various sex toys to "stop them from fighting"? Ofc with anime girl voices :D actually it's really well made based on the video. )

Simple. If the game was made with +18 content it should stay in the game.

Yes, so far just Huniepop, haven't gotten to all the other weeb games with +18 content... yet ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
It Steam could detect and/or care, I haven't felt it yet. Certainly got achievements just fine.

  1. I don't use them cause most games I have weren't +18.
  2. If you're looking for a list here you have excellent one made by MrGSkull.
  3. No, at least untill next patch or manual cache check.

I fully against them. Content should be included from get-go!

These kind of games are not my cup of tea and the 18+ stuff is also not really 18+. I mean if you enjoy clicking on pictures its ok, but i would prefer animated or real 18+ stuff over this.

I usually do, the reason being that I want to enjoy the complete games in their uncensored form. I wish there was a way for Steam to implement some form of age checking that would allow adult content to be obtained form the store directly instead of having to manually add patches.
