BF4 on this configuration...?

On which graphics settings could I run Battlefield 4 (multiplayer), and how many frames per second could I get (approximately)..? This is the configuration: AMD Radeon HD 5770, i5 760 @2.80 GHz, 4 GB RAM. What is your opinion? And BTW: I run BF3 on High to Ultra settings, 40-50 FPS...

medium settings if you want a stable 40-45 fps. HD 5770 is a low end card but you're cpu is good enough.

I have 5770, i5 3.33 GHz, 8GB RAM and Im playing at 64 slot servers in BF3 with High settings.
I tried BF4 singleplayer with same settings and everything was ok. Dunno hows in MP.
